Research on Control Method of Dual-Motor Load Simulator

چکیده

Aiming at the output torque error of a steering gear electric load simulator caused by excess and backlash interference, an based on double-motor loading is designed. The mode adopted in structure, mathematical model established, sources interference are analyzed. In control strategy, firstly, controller designed as feedback improved symbol robust integral method, then compensator feedforward drive redundancy strategy. Finally, dual motor speed synchronization cross coupling method to ensure stable operation dual-motor system. simulation results show that compound can reduce tracking 1.13%, 4.44% less than PID method. only 1.54% case redundant torque, backlash, different parameters motors. proposed this paper still with high accuracy.
